Yoooohooooo! I am so happy my experiment finally worked and we have got some great results. And the best part is that it comes at the perfect timing when it is about the ned of semester and I badly needed good data for my poster presentation which Btw is on December 3. Actually there are many other things lined up, before I wrap up the thanksgiving week.
Anyways, food wise really simple and straightforward, BF- Oats with apples, low fat milk and peanut butter. Lunch- Mixed lentil dal, an apple and a baked cheetos. Right now I am starving but I have nothing for snacking.
Tonight we are going for dinner at my husband office colleagues’ house. I know there will be a lot of yummy food but I have to really watch it as I really don’t want to go overboard and ruin my eating habits.
There is lot of stuff lined up for today, after the party I have to start working on my presentation for Tuesday!
