I did a 5K…..

Of course not a run, but I walked a distance of 5K at the speed of about 3.8 mph for about an hour. It was so much fun and also blasted off about 333 calories. WTG..,,,(patting my own back). I know it might be just the initial enthusiasm but I am really starting to enjoy my workouts.

After the gym I came home hungry as a pig, the husband loses his appetite after a workout and it is just the reverse for me. Oh I forgot to mention that the Husband and I both went to gym together today. T’was so cute!!! So after coming back he waited for an hour before having lunch, but I just ate like a glutton!

I had the Seafood Portofino with Scallops and Shrimps from last night, a salad and some chocolate milk.


Yum I finished it in just less than 10 minutes. I am planning to nap for a while, read a book and then go to our Hindu temple and finally Wal-Mart for some grocery!
