Here we go again!

Good Morning Bloggies!!

Alright so I was MIA yesterday, no reasons just simple school- beginning-tomorrow blues! Yeah I just let myself relax yesterday. I was good in the food department but with Nada activity. But I did not let that creep onto me today. I wanted this semester to begin on the right note.
So I woke up at 5.15 am. Okay one honest confession, I am not an early riser. It is very difficult for me to get up for studying, leave alone to go in this rainy weather to the gym. My mind tries to talk me out into just crawling back into the bed and going back to sleeping like a baby. But today I collected all my will power and just decided to shrug the covers and get into my walking shoes. I am so happy!
Infact even the Husband was happy with my determination! So the workout today was 45 minutes on the treadmill (walking) and 15 minutes on the Elliptical trainer. It was fun. The weather was pretty cloudy and is tremendously breezy right now. I guess the rain has finally said Goodbye as the sun is happily rising as I write this.
My breakfast today was Oatmeal with nuts and 1/2 apple with some tea. I have showered and I am all set to leave in a while.
