Crap free day 5
I had a good night sleep yesterday and woke up fully refreshed! The moment I got up I started doing work and chores around the house! To fuel my body I whipped myself a breakfast smoothie. Today’s blend was:
Kale+ Banana+ strawberry+ plain fat free yogurt+ almond breeze+ peanut butter

I had a lot on my hand today:
· Shopping some heavy duty winter wear for the husband for his Canada trip
· Cleaning up the entire house
· Background work for 1 presentation and 1 project due Mar 6 and Mar 9 respectively
This week is the program’ recruiting week. We’ll be having a lot of tours, dinners and brunches planned this weekend. I have a guest to take care of and I’ll be guiding her about the program, admission process and other stuff! It will be fun!
Now I am off to do my Pilates- Ab sculpt and upper body! My abs are still sore from day before yesterday and the hips are sore from yesterday!
This is pretty interesting coz the mid section is kinda sinking inside!
