Everythins’ fallin apart…

No No…this has nothing to do my life! That was somehow the theme of the day. So what fell apart today:

  • I was packing my Quesedilla lunch this morning and just while flipping it, it happened the quesedilla fell apart and not only that, it fell on the floor..ugggghhh!
  • Then I made the second one which again was not willing to stay together, but still managed somehow!
  • Then I made some blondies. Firstly they completely fell apart when I was getting them out of the baking pan and second it was dense!
  • Finally dinner came and my rice was falling off from the skillet.

Enough of the whining! onto my eats.

Breakfast:

A pretty simple green monster: Kale, spinach, almond milk, 1/2 banana and flax seeds

  1. Your broken eats still look great!

  2. I got worried for a split second because I thought the title of the post referred to your life! But then I read the first sentence. Haha.

I’ll bet the slightly unpretty eats still tasted fantastic! Cause the quesadilla still looks mighty tasty. 😉

When I’m making brownies or blondies, I like to line the pan with foil. Then I can just lift out the whole thing after they’ve cooled and slice them up to store them! 🙂

    • Sorry for getting you worried and Thanks so much for the tip. I am a novice at baking, so all help is appreciated!

  3. Wow that green monster looks intense! How does that taste?

I’m looking for a healthy breakfast drink and have been unable to decide on one.

  4. I was worried that your life was falling apart, too! Your eats still look great, though 🙂

  5. I hate it when my wraps fall apart on me. Great food though!

  6. The worst is when it falls on the floor! But I’m sure the final results tasted great 🙂

  7. Mmmm, I love all your eats! And awwwh, sorry to hear that it fell on the floor!!!! 😦 :(|

  8. (Sorry this is a few days late)

Grrr hate food mishaps – especially when it falls on the floor! I had to make a second bowl of oats this morning because the first one overflowed in the microwave. :-/
