Hello..weekend is here yoohoo. We have respite from the bitter cold weather for the next 48 hours but then we have snow, temperature dipping to 10F and rain. Fun right. That finishes my weather update for the day 🙂

Keeping up with the salad challenge, I tried a different one today. No leafy greens since we are out but a lovely quinoa salad based on a real simple recipe.
Dinner tonight was Moroccan spiced navy bean patties with quinoa salad. The major changes from the original recipe, these burgers are vegetarian and the salad bed grain has been changed from couscous to quinoa!
It was my starbucks day today! Every friday I celebrate the last day of the week with a lovely latte from SB.
BF was consumed at the office desk today. Voskos blueberry Greek yogurt with choco and butterscotch chips and my latte!

I preferred doing my yogic asanas (posture) one after another rather than a flowing sequence. Today after doing the yoga sculpt by Maura Barclay, I was surprised that I actually loved her vinyasa practice and this was an intermediate to advanced workout, so the poses were challenging. But I still loved it.
