My plan to post everyday during the month of May was interrupted yesterday. I have switched labs and yesterday was an exciting long day. I was too tired and did not want to write a boring post so I decided to skip it.
Breakfast: Black and white chocolate muffin baked by yours truly.
Lunch: Mushroom brown rice pilaf. I wasn’t full after the lunch there was no protein and the taste of the pulav was just…meh!
Snacks: Some more whole wheat muffins…seriously, I had way too many muffins today.
Snack II- Mocha coconut from Starbuxx during happy hour for $2.75. Tasted even sweeteer..yay!
Workout: 1.5 mile stroll around our neighborhood.
